Equivalent to Davey 48800SP, pump mechanical seal Type 6 to suit 3/4″ shaft with Viton Rubber seals and Silicone Carbide faces. This is for salt water or abrasive fluids and sand where a carbon ceramic seal will quickly wear. Also Viton rubber is used where there is oil or other solvents in the water as these damage nitrile rubber.
